We hand craft all of our doors from start to finish and we our proud of our craftsmanship.
Please note that some wood grains/finishes may have slight variations inconsistencies in the final product.
If you have a special paint request, be sure to send us a sample photo if you’ve used with this paint so we can get an idea if we are close as possible to a match.
Please inspect packaging upon arrival of your doors, If there is any damage please notify us right away so we can put a claim in with the shipper. Damage report must be received within 1 day of receiving doors to receive any reimbursement from damages.
Please note that if a delivery attempt is made and the shipper has to try and deliver your order multiple times there is a higher likelihood of damage to occur due to items being taken on and off a delivery truck.
We cannot also be responsible for damage that occurs if the driver makes multiple attempts to make a delivery and the order gets damaged, this will be the customers responsibility to repair the door.
